Universal wire slides on 3" centers accept (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans and adjust on 1-1/2" increments for menu flexibility. A removable bottom-mount control module simplifies service and cleaning, while the easy-to-set thermostat dials in precise heat. Roll between prep, cookline, and banquet service on 5" casters, then secure two brakes to hold position.
