This full-height, mobile unit helps kitchens stage, hold, and proof product with consistent results while keeping workflows moving during peak periods. A clear polycarbonate door supports quick visual checks to minimize openings and heat loss.
Dial in precisely what you need with a removable bottom-mount control module and a thermostat to 200°F. Universal wire slides on 3" centers adjust in 1-1/2" increments to fit changing menus. Load up to (18) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" hotel pans to prep for banquets, catering runs, or bakery production.
Built for daily duty, the insulated aluminum cabinet features Red Insulation Armour for durability and a cool-to-touch exterior. Move effortlessly between stations on 5" casters (2 with brakes), and plug into common 120V service with a NEMA 5-20P for fast deployment on the line or at the pass.
