Its full-height, insulated aluminum body with Red Insulation Armour and a clear polycarbonate door supports quick visual checks while preserving heat. A removable bottom-mount control module with a thermostat up to 200°F streamlines cleaning and maintenance.
Optimize workflow on banquet lines, hospital tray service, or catering routes using universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. Configure for (18) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to match changing menus and batch sizes. Two braking casters stabilize the cabinet during loading and service.
Designed for everyday foodservice demands, this unit runs on 120v/60/1 power and draws 2000 watts with a NEMA 5-20P plug. The mobile footprint and clear-door presentation help teams stage, hold, and serve efficiently, while cULus and NSF listings
