This full-height, insulated unit maintains consistent temperatures up to 200°F, helping you bridge the gap between the cookline and service. It’s ideal for batch cooking and holding prior to plating.
Universal wire slides on 3-inch centers adjust in 1-1/2-inch increments to accommodate (18) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Reconfigure spacing to stage proteins, sides, and baked goods for banquet service, catering lines, or tray make-up. Durable Red Insulation Armour and an insulated door help preserve heat and protect the cabinet in busy corridors.
A removable bottom-mount control module simplifies maintenance and keeps controls easy to access. Smooth-rolling 5-inch casters (two with brakes) and 120V single-phase power with a NEMA 5-20P plug make deployment straightforward across your operation.
