Its full-height, insulated aluminum design with Red Insulation Armour™ is built for demanding kitchen workflows.
Dutch insulated aluminum doors let staff access one section at a time, helping maintain cabinet conditions during busy pickup windows. Universal wire slides on 3" centers adjust on 1-1/2" increments to fit (18) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, streamlining batch cook-and-hold, banquets, and tray service.
A removable bottom-mount control module keeps settings within easy reach and simplifies maintenance, while 5" casters (two with brakes) roll smoothly from prep to pass.
