Its mobile, 3/4-height profile and insulated solid door help maintain product quality while fitting seamlessly into tight prep areas, banquet corridors, or cooklines. Durable stainless steel construction stands up to daily use in restaurants, bakeries, and catering operations.
Universal wire slides accommodate (13) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to streamline batch cooking and service. Tray positions are set at 3" OC and adjust on 1-1/2" increments, letting you fine-tune spacing for everything from proofing breads to holding roasted proteins and sides during rush periods.
Built for easy deployment, this unit runs on 120v/60/1 power with a NEMA 5-20P plug. ENERGY STAR® efficiency, cULus and NSF listings support performance and compliance, while 5" caster
