Universal wire slides accommodate up to (17) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, letting you stage entrees, sides, and baked goods in one footprint. Slide spacing is 3" on center and adjusts in 1-1/2" increments to fit changing menu needs and pan depths.
