Its full-height, mobile design and clear double-panel tempered glass door let teams monitor product at a glance while minimizing door openings. Universal wire slides flex to your menu, fitting either (18) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans. Slide spacing is set at 3" on center and adjusts on 1.5" increments to fine-tune airflow and capacity. Use it to proof dough, hold roasted proteins, or keep sides service-ready on the line.
