Designed for demanding kitchens, the Metro C5 9 Series C599L-SDC-U controlled humidity heated holding & proofing cabinet streamlines staging, proofing, and hot holding. Its full-height, mobile design accepts a wide range of pan configurations to keep menus moving from prep to pass.
Clear double-panel tempered glass Dutch doors let staff check doneness and inventory at a glance, helping maintain heat and moisture. Running on a standard 120v outlet with a NEMA 5-15P, this 1440-watt unit slots easily into bakeries, banquet lines, and high-volume restaurants.
Universal wire slides set on 3" centers adjust in 1-1/2" increments to fit changing production. Durable stainless steel construction, 5" casters, and a polymer bumper with drip trough support safe, efficient transport while protecting surrounding equipment and finishes.
