Move ingredients, pans, and smallwares quickly between prep, cook, and dish with the Metro MW606 utility cart. The standard-duty MW600 series design pairs an open layout with a tubular stainless steel frame to streamline loading, unloading, and daily transport.
Two wire shelves sized 36" W x 18" D stage trays or bus tubs, while dual push handles give staff confident control from either end. Four swivel casters with resilient tread help the cart navigate tight aisles and corners to keep service on schedule.
Use it as a bussing cart in dining rooms, a transport cart on the cookline, or a staging cart for catering setups. NSF listing supports sanitation programs across restaurants, cafeterias, and other high-volume operations.
