Streamline plate handling from dishroom to service with the Metro PCD11 poker chip dish dolly. Its compact 26-15/16 inch square footprint and four fixed columns organize up to 240 dishes (maximum 11 inch diameter) for fast, predictable access during peak periods.
Recessed handles and two-handed access help staff load and unload safely, while 5 inch swivel casters with neoprene wheels maneuver smoothly through tight aisles. Two braking casters lock the cart in place for secure staging at banquets, buffets, or prep lines.
A chip-resistant polymer shell with Microban antimicrobial protection stands up to daily use, and the included vinyl dust/water splash cover shields clean plates between turns. The NSF listed design supports clean, efficient workflows across kitchens, cafeterias, and catering operations.
