Streamline plate storage and transport with the Metro PCD12 poker chip dish dolly. Its compact 30-1/8" x 30-1/8" footprint and four-column layout hold up to 240 plates up to 12-5/8" in diameter, keeping serviceware organized from the dishroom to the line.
Load and retrieve quickly with two-handed access and recessed handles that give staff confident control. Smooth-rolling 5" swivel casters with neoprene wheels maneuver easily in tight aisles, while two brakes lock the cart when staging. The chip-resistant polymer shell stands up to daily use.
Featuring Microban antimicrobial protection, the PCD12 supports high-volume workflows and sanitation goals. The included vinyl dust/water splash cover shields plates during storage or transport, and the aesthetic blue finish presents well on the floor.
