This Migali C-PP93-D-HC pizza prep refrigerator offers 28.4 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage with a 19.5" deep cutting board and R290 refrigerant.
This unit features an all stainless steel exterior and interior built for durability in high-volume pizza kitchens. The digital temperature controller maintains temperatures between +33°F and +41°F, while the forced air refrigeration system supports even cooling throughout the cabinet.
Six drawers with stainless steel slides and nylon wheels provide organized ingredient storage beneath the work surface. The rail accommodates 4" deep pans, and insulated lids help maintain proper holding temperatures during service. A side mount compressor enhances efficiency, and pre-installed casters allow for easier cleaning and positioning.
This Migali C-PP93-D-HC Pizza Prep Refrigerator is in good working condition. Despite cosmetic imperfections, as seen in the pictures above, it has been tested and functions properly.
