Keep inventory frozen and visible with the Migali C-1FG-HC, a single-section reach-in freezer with a top-mount, self-contained system. Its locking glass door and bright LED lighting let staff check stock at a glance. A digital controller allows set points from -10° to 0°F to suit line, prep, or satellite service.
Organize bulk ingredients, plated desserts, or banqueting pans across three shelves inside a stainless steel interior. The stainless exterior stands up to frequent cleaning in busy kitchens, while forced-air cooling circulates cold air around product.
Roll the cabinet for cleaning or layout changes on 4-inch casters, then lock two casters to secure it in place. The unit runs on 115v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P plug and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Migali pledges to plant a tree for every product sold in partnership with the Earth Day Network.
