The Migali C-2RG-HC is a two-section reach-in refrigerator built to streamline cold storage in high-volume kitchens. Its 43.2 cu. ft. capacity and dual glass doors make it easy to locate ingredients without opening the cabinet. A top-mount, self-contained system with forced-air cooling maintains consistent holding temperatures from +33° to +41°F.
Chefs and operators can secure inventory with locking glass doors while performing quick visual checks during prep and service. Six shelves help organize produce, pans, and batch-prepped proteins, and LED lighting enhances visibility throughout the cabinet.
