This 35.6-inch, single-section unit keeps chilled ingredients right below the action while supporting countertop cooking equipment above. Two drawers organize up to six 1/6-size pans (not included) so line cooks can reload toppings, proteins, and mise en place fast.
A digital temperature controller maintains +33°F to +41°F, while side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and forced-air cooling deliver reliable holding across the cavity. Compex heavy-duty self-closing slides and an all-stainless top, exterior, and interior stand up to busy service and repeated drawer cycles.
