Optimize your cookline with the Migali C-CB52-60-HC refrigerated equipment stand. Set griddles, charbroilers, or fryers on the heavy-duty stainless top while chilled ingredients stay within arm’s reach below. This two-drawer chef base streamlines service and reduces restocking trips during peak periods.
The side-mount, self-contained system uses forced-air cooling to maintain 33–41°F across a 10.4 cu. ft. interior. A digital temperature controller and display help staff monitor and dial in set points as menus change. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor support dependable, energy-conscious operation.
Drawers ride on Compex heavy-duty, self-closing slides and accept up to eighteen 1/6-size pans (not included) for fast, organized mise en place. All-stainless interior and exterior simplify cleaning between turns. Four 6" casters, including two locking, allow quick repositioning for sanitation or service.
