Equip your cookline with the Migali C-CB72-HC, a Competitor Series refrigerated equipment stand/chef base that keeps high-volume mise en place cold and within reach. This two-section, 72.4-inch-wide unit organizes ingredients across four drawers and accommodates up to twenty-four 1/6-size pans (pans not included). Maintain holding temperatures between +33°F and +41°F right where you work.
Leverage side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with forced-air cooling to promote consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet. A digital temperature controller and display let you set and monitor conditions quickly during busy service. Compex heavy-duty, self-closing drawer slides help each drawer open smoothly and return securely.
