Side-mount, self-contained refrigeration with forced-air circulation accelerates pull-down and recovery during peak volumes. A digital controller/display lets staff set and monitor temperatures instantly, while the 1/3 HP system plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet for straightforward installation.
