The Migali C-PP44-HC refrigerated counter/pizza prep table streamlines your make line with a compact 44-inch footprint and a generous 19-1/2" cutting board. Stage toppings in reach with capacity for six 1/3 size pans (pans not included), while keeping backup ingredients chilled below. Part of Migali’s Competitor Series, it’s built for daily service on busy prep lines.
Dial in cabinet performance using the digital controller, which holds foods between +33°F and +41°F. Forced-air cooling and side-mount, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant help maintain uniform temperatures across the cabinet.
A solid hinged door and included shelf organize storage for dough, sauces, and cheeses, and the stainless steel interior and exterior simplify end-of-shift cleanups. Four 6" casters, two locking, let you reposition for cleaning or reconfigure your line without hassle.
