The Migali C-PP93-D-HC pizza prep table powers high-volume lines with precise, digital temperature control. A forced-air system maintains a food-safe +33°F to +41°F range, helping keep dough, sauces, and toppings ready to assemble throughout service. Keep production moving during rushes with quick, glanceable temperature readouts.
Polished stainless steel inside and out streamlines cleaning and elevates presentation in open kitchens. Rounded drawer edges and recessed handles promote safe, comfortable access, while four shelves and 20 cu. capacity organize bulk ingredients and trays.
Pre-installed casters and shelving speed setup and make relocation easy during deep cleans or layout changes. The 115v, 2.8-amp refrigeration package uses eco-friendly R290 and connects via a NEMA 5-15P plug, with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings for commercial compliance.
