Optimize your cold prep line with the Migali C-SP27-12BT-HC, a 27.5-inch commercial refrigerated mega top sandwich / salad prep table built for busy kitchens. Its 6.5 cu. ft. capacity, forced-air cooling, and a digital controller maintain ingredients between 33–41°F for consistent, food-safe service.
Stage up to twelve 1/6-size pans (pans not included) across the big-top rail while assembling orders on the 9-1/4-inch cutting board. Adapter bars are included, with a single solid hinged door and one shelf below to organize backup product for fast reloads during rush periods.
Durable stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily cleaning, while a rear-mount, self-contained system simplifies placement. Four 6-inch casters (two locking), R290 refrigerant, and a 1/4 HP compressor with standard NEMA 5-15P connection support efficient, plug-and-play performance for cafes, delis, and production lines.
