Streamline your make line with the Migali C-SP27-8-HC, a 27.5-inch Competitor Series refrigerated counter/sandwich prep table with 6.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage. Its rear-mount, self-contained system drives forced-air circulation to maintain ingredients between +33° and +41°. Count on consistent temperatures through rush periods and off-peak prep.
Stage up to eight 1/6-size pans (not included) and move from chop to build on the 9-1/4-inch cutting board. Dial in settings with the digital controller and verify at a glance on the display. Use the solid hinged door and included shelf to organize backup product.
Built with stainless steel inside and out, this unit cleans quickly and stands up to daily service. Roll it into place on four 6-inch casters, locking two for stability. A 1/4 HP compressor, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and a NEMA 5-15P plug simplify installation and operation.
