Streamline your make line with the Migali C-SP36-10-HC refrigerated sandwich/salad prep table. A 36.3-inch footprint, single section design, and 9.4 cu. ft. capacity organize produce, proteins, and dressings while forced-air refrigeration holds 33° to 41°F via a digital controller.
The top accommodates (10) 1/6-size pans (not included), and the included adapter bars let you tailor the layout to your menu. Prep directly on the 9-1/4-inch cutting board while two solid doors and two shelves stage backup ingredients below.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, it cleans quickly and stands up to daily rushes. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with rear-mount, self-contained refrigeration; a NEMA 5-15P plug and 5-inch casters (two locking) simplify placement and service.
