At 36.3 inches wide with 8.7 cubic feet of storage, it fits tight footprints while supporting high-volume service. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and forced-air circulation help maintain consistent holding temperatures from +33° to +41°.
Stage up to fifteen 1/6 size pans on the rail while working on the 9-1/4 inch cutting board to speed assembly. Use the two solid doors and two shelves to organize backups and minimize restock trips. A digital controller/display makes monitoring quick and clear during rushes.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and rolling on 6-inch casters (two locking), this unit cleans easily and moves for service without disrupting workflow. Included adapter bars let you tailor pan layouts for delis, pizzerias, and cafeterias. Migali pledges to plant a tree for every product sold in partnership with the Earth Day Network.
