The Migali C-SP48-12-HC refrigerated counter/sandwich prep table streamlines busy make lines with a compact 48.2-inch, two-section footprint and 12.0 cu. ft. of storage. Prep and assemble on the 9-1/4-inch cutting board while keeping ingredients within reach at the rail.
Rear-mount, self-contained refrigeration and forced-air circulation help maintain uniform pan temperatures. A digital controller/display simplifies monitoring and adjustment, holding between +33° and +41° to protect product quality during peak service.
Stage up to twelve 1/6-size pans (pans not included) using the included adapter bars, while two shelves organize backup stock behind the solid hinged doors. Stainless steel interior & exterior resist wear and wipe down quickly. Roll the unit on 6-inch casters, lock two in place during service, and reposition easily for cleaning or overnight storage.
