The Migali C-U27F-HC is a compact, single-section undercounter freezer that brings reliable cold storage to your prep line. At 27.5 inches wide with 6.5 cu. ft. of capacity, it fits under counters to free workspace while keeping frequently used items close. A digital controller holds -7° to +3°F, and forced-air circulation promotes even temperatures.
Use it to stage frozen appetizers for the fryer, back up proteins on the cookline, or store desserts at the bar. The rear-mounted, self-contained system with R290 refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor streamlines installation and service. Four 6-inch casters, two locking, let you reposition the unit for cleaning or lock it in place during rushes.
Built with a stainless steel top, exterior, and interior, this freezer cleans quickly and stands up to daily wear. A solid hinged door and single shelf keep contents organized for fast grabs. Plug into a 115v outlet (NEMA 5-15P) and start chilling.
