Dial in holding temperatures with the digital controller and display, adjustable from -7° to +3°F. A rear-mount, self-contained system with forced-air cooling helps recover quickly after frequent door openings. Stainless steel top, exterior, and interior stand up to daily cleaning and heavy use.
Streamline workflow with two solid hinged doors and two shelves that organize pans, boxes, and backup ingredients. Roll the unit for cleaning or service on 6-inch casters, then lock it back in place during peak periods.
