Product Description
This Moffat E23M3 convection oven offers 3 half size sheet pan capacity with a bi-directional fan system for consistent baking performance.
Built as part of the Turbofan series, this electric model features a porcelain enameled oven chamber and stainless steel front, sides, and top for durability and easy cleaning. The bi-directional reversing fan promotes even heat distribution throughout the cavity, while the mechanical thermostat provides precise temperature control from 150°F to 500°F. A 60-minute bake timer with time-up alarm allows operators to manage cook cycles efficiently.
This unit includes three chrome plated wire racks with 3.33" tray spacing and a halogen oven lamp for improved interior visibility. The Safe-Touch vented drop down door with stay-cool handle and easy clean glass system simplifies operation and maintenance. Designed for plug-in installation, this oven operates on 208V power and is fitted with a NEMA 6-15P cordset.
