The Moffat Turbofan E35T6-26 countertop electric convection oven streamlines high-volume baking, roasting, and retherm tasks. Load up to six full-size sheet pans (not included) with 4-1/8" tray spacing and drive consistent color and texture with a 2-speed fan and five levels of steam injection.
Standardize production with touch screen controls, icon-driven programs, and USB for easy menu updates and replication across shifts. Stage multiple recipes at once using individual shelf control and timers to keep orders moving in busy cafes, bakeries, and institutional kitchens.
