The pull-down twin pane glass door supports quick visual checks, while the porcelain interior cleans up smoothly between runs. A stainless steel front, sides, and top are built for daily commercial use.
At 23-7/8 inches high, the unit fits comfortably on counters and levels easily with 3-inch adjustable stainless steel feet. With 3-1/3-inch tray spacing, it handles pastries, sides, and proteins in half-size pans. It is cETLus and NSF listed for commercial kitchens.
