Load up to five full-size sheet pans with 3-1/3" tray spacing to batch bake pastries, roast vegetables and proteins, or retherm prepared items. A 140–500°F range adapts from gentle holding to high-heat finishing, while water injection helps set sheen, color, and crust on breads and baked goods.
Streamline service with a 1-hour cook cycle timer and 3-hour hold timer for precise, unattended cooking and staging. A glass door promotes quick checks without opening, and the stainless steel exterior with a porcelain interior eases cleanup and stands up to daily use.
