Its single-row suspension bar supports seven 250-watt infrared bulbs to keep pans, trays, and plated dishes at ready-to-serve temperatures during peak periods. Designed for busy foodservice operations, it supports efficient plating and timely service.
Chain-hung installation positions heat right where you need it over pass-throughs, carving stations, and buffet runs while preserving counter space. Chefs and operators can maintain smooth workflow from kitchen to front-of-house and present hot items attractively on the line.
Powered by a standard 120V/60/1 connection, the 1,750-watt array is built for high-volume service. White 250-watt infrared bulbs are standard, with red 250-watt and white shatter-resistant 250-watt options available to suit your menu and environment.
