The Nemco 6220-17 countertop convection oven powers small-batch baking and roasting without sacrificing space. Manual controls and a wide 200°F–500°F setpoint let crews dial in results for breads, proteins, and sides.
Load up to three half-size pans to stage appetizers, finish par-cooked items, or retherm during peak periods. The stainless steel cooking chamber withstands daily use and wipes down quickly to keep turns fast. Ideal for cafés, concessions, and prep stations where space is at a premium.
