The Nemco 6900A-208-FF PaniniPro sandwich press accelerates hot, made-to-order service with integrated conduction and microwave heating. Smooth, non-stick aluminum plates (10-1/2" x 10-1/2") deliver even contact while microwave energy quickly heats proteins, cheeses, and fillings. Ideal for cafes, campus dining, and convenience operations that need consistent throughput during rush periods.
Dial in performance with temperature control to 500°F, four preprogrammed heating cycles, and eight push-button controls. Use the built-in USB port and included flash drive to standardize recipes and update menus across locations. A stand-by mode helps manage energy during slower dayparts.
Built for the line, this unit features a durable stainless steel exterior, a spring hinge for balanced pressure, and 4" stainless steel legs for clearance and cleaning access. An included spatula streamlines service at the station. The 208v, 1-phase, 2.0 kW design with a NEMA 6-30P plug suits common commercial electrical setups and is cULus and NSF listed, made in the USA.
