The Nemco 7020A-1 Belgian waffle baker empowers busy kitchens to produce consistent, eye-catching waffles with streamlined control. A fixed cast aluminum grid and stainless steel construction stand up to daily service while maintaining a clean, professional appearance on the line or at action stations.
Drive breakfast throughput with up to 20 waffles per hour, each 7 inches in diameter and 1-1/4 inches thick. Operators can program bake cycles on the top-mounted digital panel, then monitor progress via the LED display and audible alarm to keep orders moving.
The floating hinge accommodates batter rise for uniform results without slowing workflow. A "Cool Touch" coil spring handle enhances operator safety during peak periods in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and campus dining.
