Dial in production with two 7-setting heat control switches—use one to cook while the other holds for service, or fine-tune for varied menu items. Two motors drive dependable operation, while aluminum and stainless steel construction stands up to continuous, high-volume use.
Set it on the counter, load the rollers, and maintain a steady flow from breakfast to late night. With 120V, 1800W performance and a NEMA 5-15P plug, this unit integrates easily into most foodservice workflows and meets NSF and cETLus requirements.
