The Nemco 8055SX-SLT Roll-A-Grill hot dog grill powers high-volume programs with capacity for 55 hot dogs and throughput up to 1,100 per hour. A 7° slant merchandises product toward the customer, speeding selection and service in c-stores, stadium kiosks, cafeterias, and food trucks. Twelve GripsIt coated rollers present a clean, attractive display while keeping product moving.
Dial in production with two 7-setting heat control switches that let you fine-tune temperature for rushes and holding. Operators can stage fresh loads or maintain ready-to-serve items to match demand and reduce waste.
Built for daily service, the aluminum and stainless steel construction simplifies cleanup and resists wear. A removable grease pan streamlines end-of-shift maintenance, and a single motor keeps the drive system straightforward. Runs on 120v/60/1ph, 1560 watts, 13.0 amps with a NEMA 5-20P, and is certified NSF and cETLus for commercial use.
