Self-contained, 1/8 HP refrigeration maintains 32°F–41°F, and a digital thermostat with an easy-to-read display lets operators verify and dial in setpoints quickly. Cast-aluminum wells promote efficient chilling, while the stainless steel exterior endures daily use and cleaning. Four included 1/6-size pans with lids help protect product between rushes and simplify rotation.
