Product Description
The Nemco 6311-4-240 electric hotplate delivers flexible power in a compact 24-inch width, ideal for busy cooklines and production stations. Four cast iron alloy burners and a brushed stainless steel body support daily service.
Two 2.0 kW elements pair with two 0.85 kW elements to drive rapid boils, pan sears, gentle simmers, and sauce work. Built-in thermal protection adds confidence during high-volume periods.
Plug in via the cord with NEMA 6-30P to streamline setup on a 240V/60/1 circuit drawing 5,700 watts at 23.8 amps. Use this 4-burner unit to expand capacity on the line, in a prep area, or at a catering commissary.
