The Nemco 7030A-2 dual cone baker streamlines waffle cone production for busy ice cream programs and high-volume service lines. Dual 7-inch fixed cast aluminum lock down grids deliver consistent shape and color from batch to batch. Accelerate turns while maintaining uniformity that elevates dessert presentation.
Dial in repeatable results with digital programmable controls, a countdown timer, LED display, and an electronic audible alarm. The top-mounted control panel keeps settings visible above the heat zone, helping crews move quickly during rush periods.
Built for the line, this waffle cone baker features stainless steel construction, “Cool Touch” coil spring handles, and non-skid neoprene adjustable feet for stable, safer operation. It preheats in approximately 12 minutes and produces up to 60 cones per hour—ideal for ice cream shops, cafeterias, and concession stands.
