Raise speed and control on your cookline with the Nemco 9120A drop-in induction range. Its compact footprint preserves workspace while the drop-in design presents a clean, professional surface. Separately mounted digital controls with an LED display position where you need them to streamline workflow.
Dial in output with 10 power settings for searing, sautéing, or gentle simmering. Shift to any of 7 warming/holding settings to stage pans for service or keep sauces at the ready. The integrated timer supports consistent results across batches.
Pan sensing activates heat only when cookware is present, and automatic shut-off adds a safety backstop. The 1.8 kW platform runs on a standard 120v, 15A circuit with a 5' cord and NEMA 5-15P for easy placement, and is cTUVus and ETL-Sanitation listed—ideal for action stations, catering lines, or satellite kitchens.
