This full-height, non-insulated enclosed cabinet holds up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (36) 13" x 18" pans with 3-1/4" spacing to keep batches orderly and accessible.
Speed staging and replenishment with lexan dutch doors that provide clear visibility while magnetic gaskets secure contents during transport. Aluminum construction and removable interior side walls simplify cleaning and maintenance.
