The Nu-Vu SMOKE6 electric half-size smoker oven streamlines production for high-volume kitchens. Solid state controls and the AutoMist humidity system help manage moisture for consistent texture and color across full or staggered loads. Chefs can load standard sheet pans to stage, smoke, and finish without extra handling.
Handle brisket, ribs, poultry, or vegetables on (6) 18" x 26" or (12) 13" x 18" pans to fit menu mix and timing. Variable moisture control and cook'n hold support precise results and smoother service windows. This combination improves throughput while protecting product quality during peak periods.
Durable stainless steel construction with a stainless steel door stands up to daily use, and 6" legs provide clearance for cleaning. Five chrome racks and a bottom drip safe pan simplify loading and cleanup, keeping workflows efficient for restaurants, caterers, and institutional operations.
