The Panasonic NE-3280 sonic steamer microwave oven accelerates high-volume production while staying ventless and connectionless. Four magnetrons delivering 3200 watts and dual top/bottom energy feed generate fast, even steam to finish seafood, vegetables, and proteins with excellent texture.
A roomy 1.6 cu. ft. cavity fits two full-size, 4-inch-deep steam pans with covers, so you can batch-cook sides or retherm pans for the rush. Program up to 16 menus with 3-stage cooking and five power levels to dial in rethermalizing, par-cooking, and finishing across dayparts.
Operators appreciate a digital display with dial timer, a see-through drop-down door, and a removable center shelf for quick loading and easy cleaning.
