Four 7.5" high sections and 42" x 32" steel decks let teams stage breads, flatbreads, and pans simultaneously, keeping prep-to-serve moves smooth. Six steel tubular burners and a throttling thermostat provide 96,000 BTU of controllable heat across a 300°F–650°F range.
Load, rotate, and finish batches on steel decks—no pizza stones—suited for direct deck baking or sheet pans in busy kitchens and bakeries. The aluminized interior and black enamel exterior handle daily volume while presenting a professional appearance. Adjustable legs simplify leveling during installation.
