Power busy pizza service with the Peerless C231P, a double-stacked gas pizza oven built for consistent, stone-baked results. Each oven handles up to 32 9-inch pies or eight 18-inch pizzas to keep pace during peak periods. A 300°F–650°F throttling thermostat lets you fine-tune bake profiles from light to well-done.
Load, rotate, and retrieve with confidence on four 24" W x 19" D removable pizza stones per oven. The stones promote even heat and crisp bottoms, while their removable design streamlines cleaning and maintenance. An aluminized steel interior and stainless steel front stand up to daily use and present a clean, professional look.
