Product Description
Power through peak service with the Peerless CE42BESC deck oven. This double-stacked, electric bake oven provides a 42"W x 32"D steel deck in each cavity with a 7" high section per oven, giving room for pizzas, breads, and pans. Right-side digital controls streamline adjustments during the rush.
Eight tubular heating elements per deck help drive even heat, while a 250°F to 550°F range supports everything from gentle bakes to high-heat finishes. An aluminized interior and enamel finish with a stainless steel front are built for daily commercial use.
Leverage the stacked configuration to increase output while making efficient use of vertical space, and fine-tune leg height to align with adjacent equipment. For operators who prefer a stone bake, note that pizza stones are not included.
