Engineered for high-output kitchens, the Peerless CE42PESC deck-type electric pizza oven delivers double-stacked stone-deck performance for busy lines. Each oven features a 42" W x 32" D stone deck with a 7" high section, ready for large pies, pans, calzones, and flatbreads. Load one chamber while the other finishes to keep tickets moving during peak periods.
Right-side digital controls let you dial in 300–650°F setpoints and make quick adjustments during service. Eight tubular heating elements and pizza stones enable high-heat stone-deck baking for crisp, well-colored crusts. Stage different items across the two ovens to balance bake times and manage volume.
