Bake New York–style pies, flatbreads, or calzones across the 42 in W x 32 in D steel deck, with a 12 in high section that accommodates pans and screens. Eight tubular elements and a 300°F to 650°F range help you dial in consistent color and crispness. Pizza stones and an aluminized interior support even heat for repeatable results.
Present a clean, durable look with a stainless steel front and enamel finish, and level the unit to your line with adjustable legs. Ideal for pizzerias, commissaries, and campus dining, it integrates smoothly into existing cooklines. Optional ventless configuration and removable center wire rack (to create two 6 in sections) offer added flexibility.
